Therapiva reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolment, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

• In case Therapiva cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the participant.
• If a cancellation is done by a participant 7 days prior to the event, 20% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the participant or full amount can be adjusted towards future events as per the option of participant.
• If a cancellation is done by a participant within 7 days or less, prior to the event, no refunds will be made. In such case, if the participant insists to join another workshop/ course of the same price or more, participant can get a future credit of the fees paid for the workshop/course he chooses in future. The credit is transferrable to any other participant as well. This credit can be utilized within 12 months.
• Non-tangible irrevocable goods (“Digital products”)
  We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods (“digital products”) once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. For digital products with recorded videos and resources no refund will be issued.
