This practice trains your mind to recognize the positive aspects of your life, promoting a more optimistic inner dialogue. Best time to write gratitude just after we wake up or just before we go to sleep as we are in Alpha state at that time and so can easily access our subconscious mind. I write 10 things I am grateful for every day. Writing pre emotive gratitude that is already expressing gratitude for what we want in life but still do not have supports manifestation. For example I want to go on vacation  to Europe then my pre emotive gratitude will be “ I am thankful to the universe to help me support to go on vacation to Europe”. And always use positive sentence for gratitude.

Examine how self-talk influences your relationships and communication with others. Explore strategies to improve self-talk in social settings, from dating to networking. Many times we casually say things like “ I am bad at it” or “I am forgetful” or other negative things repeating it multiple times will male us like that after all we want to prove ourselves right. So if I say “I am bad at learning technology” 21 times our brain gets wired and we become bad as we would want to prove ourselves right. Opposite is also true for e.g  If I say “I am a good cook” 21 times we will get better at cooking again we always want to prove ourselves right isn’t it.

Self-Talk in Conflict Resolution

Positive self-talk encourages empathy, understanding, and patience, allowing us to approach disagreements with a calm and rational mindset. By silencing our inner critic and replacing it with affirming, solution-oriented thoughts, we can navigate conflicts more effectively.
